Wafer ball valve is characterized by its compact design, which allows it to be installed between two flanges in a piping system. It operates using a spherical ball with a central bore, enabling precise ball valve action for allowing or blocking flow with a 90-degree rotation. Many wafer ball valves offer a full bore design, meaning the hole in the ball is the same diameter as the pipeline, minimizing pressure drop. Thanks to their efficiency, versatility, and cost-effectiveness, wafer ball valve solutions are commonly used across various industrial sectors, particularly where space-saving industrial valve configurations are required. For corrosive or sanitary applications, wafer style ball valves provide enhanced durability and reliability. With increasing demand in industrial automation and fluid control, high-quality products from professional wafer ball valve manufacturers continue to gain popularity.

Features:
1. Solid full-bore wafer ball valve with short face-to-face dimension, designed for mounting between flanges. This structure also complements compact valve categories such as mini stainless steel ball valve, used in limited-installation industrial environments.
2. The one-piece valve body obtained from precision casting (inox) or from cutout (carb. steel) has a little face to face (flat body) that allows the easy installation of the valve.
3. The stem is anti blow-out and it has an antistatic device.
4. Stem packing adjustable with Chevron rings in P.T.F.E. + carbographite, providing reliable sealing and maintenance flexibility for wafer style ball valve systems.
5. The seat consists of two rings in P.T.F.E. mounted inside the internal slots of the valve to guarantee the perfect tightening.
