The journey of a valve begins in our Raw Material & Machining Bay. Here, high-grade materials—stainless steel, duplex alloys, cast iron, and specialized polymers—arrive with certified mill reports. The air hums with the activity of CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machining centers. Rough castings are transformed into smooth, dimensionally perfect valve bodies, bonnets, stems, and discs.
Every single valve, regardless of size or pressure rating, must pass a battery of tests before earning our seal of approval. They are mounted onto rigorous test benches for:
Hydrostatic Shell Tests: Pressurized to 150% of their rated capacity to verify body and seal integrity.
Seat Leakage Tests: Using air or water under pressure to ensure the closure mechanism is bubble-tight.
Functional Tests: Actuators (pneumatic, electric, or hydraulic) are fitted and cycled repeatedly to guarantee smooth, reliable operation.
Inside the KFTE's factory, engineering excellence meets disciplined execution. It is here that raw materials are imbued with reliability, and design concepts become robust, trustworthy products that industries depend on for safety, efficiency, and control.
