EN593 Cast Iron Eccentric Butterfly Valve is one type of double eccentric flanged butterfly valve. KFTE double eccentric butterfly valves are designed with tilted and fixated disc for extended service life and easy operation. The disc seal is made of drinking water approved EPDM rubber featuring an excellent compression set and thus ability to regain its original shape. EN558-1 series 14 long type flanged eccentric butterfly valve is one type of high performance butterfly valve long pattern length, which is with eccentric action reduces torque and seat contact during operation, extending valve service life. Its seat can be repaired on site, no needing dis-assembly. The double flanged eccentric butterfly valve is suitable for 90° on-off operation and regulation service. The double eccentric butterfly valve long time face to face is according to ISO5752 series 14.

1. Polished disc edge provides full concentric sealing with lower torque and long service life.
2. Bi-directional sealing which is suitable for normal flow and contraflow working condition.
3. Cylindrical pin enables a vibration free connection between the shaft and the disc.
4. Rubber seats vulcanized on the body in such a way that the seats protrude a little outside the valve body (this eliminates need for a flange gasket).
5. Replaceable seal held with seat ring on the disc allows easy maintenance.
